Jacque XiaoI called at 4:30 pm and they came at 5:30 pm. I called to inquire about setting up a meeting to get a quote and my sales rep was professional and informative. Fees were clearly stated before the tech arrived. The technician phoned in advance to let me know his estimated arrival time within the quoted window. They installed 4 new garage doors , with 4 new openers and multiple wireless keypads. All of the crews were thoughtful and professional. They arrived promptly, began work immediately and completed in a timely manner removing all debris and cleaned up everything when they left. What a positive experience. The problem was repaired perfectly.
