Hi,
We are still awaiting government approval following the latest measures announced on 21st april 2020. While we have been approved before by MIT to continue serving our clients whom may have encountered urgent cases, this is current put on hold because we have to register the names of the workers with MIT as of 21st April 2020. Also we are waiting for replies from BCA since we are considered construction and our workers on work permit have to await approval. We have no intention to outsource our work to freelancers as we do not intend to allow worker whom we have lesser control over to attend to our customers.
Some measures we have in place currently:
we have only 2 workers on standby to work and have located them within the same premises with no other personal in contact beside their wifes.
The repairman are only allowed to travel to your home with a company provided van. No public transportation is allowed. Following which they would travel home after the repair work.
Mask are to be on at all times unless strenuous work is required. We advise our customers should they want to observe the repair work being done to stay 1 metre away from our repairman.
They carry a bottle of sanitiser on the van which is to be used after each work.
Communication with clients must be done with mask on.
Temperature taking are done twice a day.
Our repairman are malaysian and have no links to any construction site or dorms.
We wish our customer the best of health and may we overcome this trail together 🙂
